Цены на нефть высокие, революций и потрясений в России нет.
90-ые были трудными, но что-то там вообще Путина не было не видно, не слышно. Кто он такой? Что он сделал? Где промышленность, где образование?
Он правит в идеальных условиях, и результатов ноль. Где эти мифические «трудности»? Вот в 98 было трудно, но тогда не было Путина

The first major book on the Tsarnaev brothers, the two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings, has been acquired by Riverhead Books, the publisher said on Wednesday.
It will be written by the Russian-American journalist Masha Gessen, the author of “The Man Without a Face,” a biography of President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia. Ms. Gessen would seem well qualified to write the book: she is fluent in Russian and English, has reported from Chechnya — where the Tsarnaev family has roots — and emigrated to the Boston area when she was a teenager.
According to the publisher, an imprint of Penguin Group, the book will “reconstruct the struggle that ensued for each of the brothers between assimilation and alienation, and their metamorphosis into a new breed of home-grown terrorist, with their feet on American soil but their loyalties elsewhere, a split in identity that opened them to a deadly sense of mission.”
A spokeswoman for Riverhead Books, Jynne Martin, said Ms. Gessen was leaving her job at Radio Liberty to concentrate exclusively on the book on the two Tsarnaev brothers — Tamerlan, 26, who died after a shootout with the police, and Dzhokhar, 19, who is being held in a prison hospital.

Even knowing that there are radicals in all movements, doesn’t lessen the startling admission recently by lesbian journalist Masha Gessen. On a radio show she actually admits that homosexual activists are lying about their radical political agenda. She says that they don’t want to access the institution of marriage; they want to radically redefine and eventually eliminate it.
Here is what she recently said on a radio interview:
“It’s a no-brainer that (homosexual activists) should have the right to marry, but I also think equally that it’s a no-brainer that the institution of marriage should not exist. …(F)ighting for gay marriage generally involves lying about what we are going to do with marriage when we get there — because we lie that the institution of marriage is not going to change, and that is a lie.
The institution of marriage is going to change, and it should change. And again, I don’t think it should exist. And I don’t like taking part in creating fictions about my life. That’s sort of not what I had in mind when I came out thirty years ago.
I have three kids who have five parents, more or less, and I don’t see why they shouldn’t have five parents legally… I met my new partner, and she had just had a baby, and that baby’s biological father is my brother, and my daughter’s biological father is a man who lives in Russia, and my adopted son also considers him his father. So the five parents break down into two groups of three… And really, I would like to live in a legal system that is capable of reflecting that reality, and I don’t think that’s compatible with the institution of marriage.”

З.Ы. Занятная картина получается - один радикал будет писать о других...

Лично меня подташнивает, когда я читаю эту историю, где перепутаны партнерши этой Гессен, мужья, дети. Еще и под соусом того, что если она так живет, то это и есть реальность и нужно отменить институт брака.
Но надо признать, что сильная баба. В приведенной Alessa публикации об этом не сказано, но она послала пресс-службу Путина, когда ей предложили писать о полете со стерхами.
И книжку про Царнаевых читать будет очень интересно, вне сомнения.

Похоже, что конфликтом с пресс-службой Путина и заканчиваются достижения Марии Гессен. По крайней мере, с профессональной стороны она себя зарекомендовала крайне слабо - http://top.rbc.ru/society/30/04/2013/856335.shtml. Наверное, книжку она напишет о том, как в России Путин геев третирует, а не про террористов.

Видимо, начинается информационное противоборство вокруг Бостонской атаки...

Автор статьи отмечает, что по версии канал, российские спецлужбы предупреждали американцев об опасности, но те не среагировали должным образом и пропустили атаку...В ответ автор статьизадается вопросом - почему же российские власти сами не задержали братьев Царнаевых...
В статье упоминаются Ли Харви Освальд, Литвиненко, аль Завахири...

The claim that the Russians somehow “warned” the U.S. about Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s radical Islamic connections has been accepted by most news organizations and commentators as established fact. But while U.S. intelligence agencies have a lot to explain, the Russian security services have been treated with kid gloves and even as the “good guys” in this affair.
Russian media, including the English-language propaganda channel Russia Today (RT), have been insisting that the U.S. is to blame for the Boston bombings because vague “warnings” from Moscow were ignored.
It is reminiscent of when Lee Harvey Oswald, a pro-Castro Marxist who had traveled back and forth to Russia, assassinated President John F. Kennedy, and the Russian KGB promptly launched a disinformation campaign in the media blaming right-wingers in Dallas and the CIA for the murder. The Soviets — and the Cubans — were determined to obscure their links to the assassin.
The obvious question in this case is: If the Russian intelligence agencies were suspicious of the brother’s terror ties, why did they not arrest and imprison him?
The Moscow regime of Vladimir Putin, a former Soviet KGB officer, rules with an iron fist and has supposedly been waging a vicious war against Muslim terrorists within its own borders. So why would they let a suspected terrorist from America come and go at will? And why, if Tamerlan Tsarnaev had a grudge against the Russians over their handling of those Muslim regions in Russia, did he attack the U.S. and not Russia?...
The book’s co-author, Alexander Litvinenko, a former Russian intelligence agent, not only blamed Moscow for Islamic terrorism, but said that Al Qaida terrorist leader Ayman Al Zawahiri had been trained by the KGB and was an agent of the Russian security services..."

Что там происходило на радио "Свобода" неизвестно и я, например, далек от этого. Что же касается Гессен, то как бы отвратительны ни были для нормального человека ее представления о браке, семье и так далее, журналист она сильный и успешный.
Увидим. Думаю, что книжка ее скоро выйдет про Царнаевых.
Не могу с вами согласится, что Путин "третирует геев". По-моему, борьба за нравственные начала в обществе это имитация на подобие борьбы с коррупцией. О чем говорить, когда у нас педофилы отделываются условными сроками и самое мягкое законодательство в Европе по отношению к этим мерзавцам.
В приведенных Alessa фрагментах есть любопытные атаки на Россию. Ли Харви (это не наш Харви!) Освальд упоминается в связи со своими поездками в СССР до убийства Кеннеди. Это широко известно. А вот другое заявление для меня из этого текста для меня лично ново. (Правда, не следил особо за темой). Так вот Литвиненко, оказывается обвинял Путина в том, что первый человек в Аль-Каиде - Завахири якобы был подготовлен в КГБ и является агентом российских спецслужб.

Да уж...
